Terms and Conditions
- Standard length of rental is one day.
- All Items are due back to Nh Bridal & Event Planning within 48 hours of scheduled event. Client will be charged a late fee of $7 for each day that elapses between the due date for return and the actual return of an item. (may result in loss of security deposit)
- There may be additional delivery charges for locations 40 miles or further from Shiawassee County.
- Renter is responsible for all items belonging to Nh Bridal & Event Planning Rentals from the time of delivery to pick up.
- Any damage or loss of items will be assessed by Nh Bridal & Event Planning upon return of items, and the renter will be charged for the cost to replace any missing or damaged items. These charges may include part or all of the security deposit, but are not limited to the amount the security deposit in case of excessive loss or damage.
- If boxes are supplied for transport and they are not returned within the required time, $10 per box will be deducted from security deposit.
- All balances are due no later than 30 calendar days before date of rental, failure to do so will result in 10% late fee for every week past due. (may result in loss of security deposit and/or cancellation of reservation by Nh Bridal & Event Planning)
- Reservations are required in advance to reserve any rental Items provided by Nh Bridal & Event Planning.
- Quantities available are limited and reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Therefore we highly recommend reserving items well in advance of your event date.
- Although we have a large quantity of items in stock , there are some items that will need to be ordered. Therefore a two (2) week reservation date is required. We will make every effort to acquire the desired items on time but are not responsible for items not in stock coming in if prior reservations are not made in advance.
- To reserve an item, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all rentals.
- If client cancels a reservation (up to 30 days prior to reserved date), the deposit shall be retained by Nh Bridal & Event Planning to cover its time and costs.
- If client needs to change the reserved date, and we are able to accommodate the new date, no new charges will be applied and the deposit may be applied to cover the fees due to rent the items on a new date. However, changes must be made 1 month (30 days) before reserved date; otherwise additional fees may be charged.
- If reservation is canceled 30 days or less from the reserved date, all payments made shall be retained by Nh Bridal & Event Planning to cover its’ time and costs.
